Our family owned company was founded in 1980 to acquire flats in PARIS and rent them on a traditional non furnished basis. Most of the clients were students financially backed by their parents. It has been run that way for about 20 years without encountering major difficulties neither for payments nor for neighbourhood disturbing.
In the early 2000's, we were asked several times for short term renting accommodations for foreigners visiting our nice town but could not supply it in anyway.
In 2002, on the departure of a traditional renter, we had the opportunity to test that concept. We decided to renew, repaint and furnish a two-rooms apartment located in front of the square Maurice Gardette in the 11th district of PARIS. We used internet agencies to find the clients. Although we started in October which is not a high season, we reached quickly a good turnover.
Since that successful test, on traditional renter's departure, we renewed and furnished the apartments to rent them on a short term basis, mainly to foreigners. Although we have always been working with internet estate agencies and internet news sites, since 2004 we have presented our offer on our own internet web site.
Since two years, we have been approached by private owners wishing to rent their flats without managing directly reservation, welcome, cleaning staff... etc. and made partnership with them.

Our offer is made of eleven apartments spread on the 2nd, 6th and 11th districts in Paris. All apartments we own don't meet the seasonal furnished renting criteria :

  a safe neighbourhood so that clients can walk around at any time of the day or night,

  a location closed to the centre and at least with several metro lines within a few minutes walk,

  a place closed to all amenities, restaurants and cafes.

  an old town building to feel the PARIS atmosphere,

  with functional and clean common areas (hall, stairs, elevator ... etc.),

  an apartment that meets all American or European standards of comfort, cleanliness, service...,

  each apartment decorated in a singular way to avoid the glum standard hotel room atmosphere.


  a personalized welcome to our clients - as far as they don't forget to give their arrival time !

  we take care that our clients' needs are fulfilled and advise them so that they enjoy their stay in Paris,

  On demand for people not fluent in French, we make or control reservation of taxi, flight... to avoid any miss.

  On all internet sites you find a lot of pictures so that you can see what the apartment looks like,

  We have our own cleaning staff and control that every thing is in order.

We are not living in these buildings and our main office with stocks of household linens and cleaning materials is at 25 km from PARIS.

We want to make your stay in PARIS as pleasant as possible and are willingly to solve your problems - if any - but please don't forget that :

  furnished renting services are not subject to TVA recovery,

  There is no data-base to store personal information

Information such as name, permanent address, e-mail address are only used to print the rental agreement and the invoice we need for accounting purpose

  In case we would debit a credit card, all informations are processed on the security guaranteed software of our bank without any access for us

  According to French law, you may at any time, by simple post or e-mail at our company, ask modification or suppression of the data with which you are concerned
